Uncapped bonuses
In addition to a base salary, our collection teams receive monthly performance bonuses for individual and/or team achievement. These bonuses are uncapped - which means the more you achieve above your target, the bigger your bonus!

Training and development
We have an enthusiastic in-house team of Performance Coaches who are skilled in providing you with a thorough three-week interactive induction program. Your team and your Team Performance Manager provide ongoing support for your success and continued development.

We recognise the benefits of a healthy work/life balance. Our business hours are:

Sydney CBD: Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00
Sydney West (Parramatta): Mon-Fri, 8.30-5.00
Sydney South (Miranda): Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:00
Brisbane CBD (Milton): Mon-Fri, 9:00-5:30
Brisbane South (Underwood): Mon-Fri, 9:00-5:30
Perth: Mon-Thu, 8.30-4.30 and Fri 8.00-4.00

Our offices are within close proximity to public transport. Our Brisbane South (Underwood) office also offers on-site parking.
