Customer Relationship Manager
Credit Corp is currently seeking confident individuals who have exceptional problem solving, communication and negotiation skills to join us as Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs). The role consists of 80 per cent skip tracing, where your investigative and inquisitive nature will come to the fore by utilising several different search engines and contacting third parties to generate leads in order to negotiate payments whilst managing customer relationships on your own ledger.
The right candidate will be assertive, target driven and a good communicator and negotiator.
If you have no previous experience but the right can-do attitude we will provide three weeks' paid training to get you up and running.

About the role
- Work your own portfolio of aged debts
- Locate customers (skip tracing)
- Make a high level of outbound phone calls each day
- Work with customers to devise a suitable payment arrangement or payment in full
- Achieve individual and team collections targets on a monthly basis

- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to a wide variety of customers and resolve difficult situations effectively
- Good research skills using online resources and phone conversations
- Quick thinker and ability to make decisions autonomously
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think laterally
- Target-driven, tenacious and motivated to work towards monthly individual and team targets
- Enthusiastic and works well in a supportive team
- Good time management skills and attention to detail
- Sound computer skills, online search engine literacy and numeracy skills

About you
- Experience in a Collections, Skip Tracing, Sales, Call Centre environment or solid negotiation skills with a willingness to learn
- High levels of initiative and problem solving skills, ability to think on your feet
- Assertive and able to confidently deal with difficult conversations
- Target driven can-do attitude
- Self motivated to work towards monthly goals and go the extra mile
- Proactive and resilient nature, ability to work under pressure
